Children’s day in Muszyna

June 3^rd 2013, on the occasion of Children's Day Sports Festival was organized at the sports hall at our school. The participants were not only all students of Primary School no 1 in Muszyna but also students from partner school in L’ubotin.

The event was opened by the headmaster  Andrzej  Gancarz saying good wishes to all children and giving them a basket full of candies.

The first point of the Festival was a rivalry. Teams representing each class competed for the title of best class in two categories: grades 4-6 and grades 1-3. In the event they had to demonstrate their speed, cunning and ferocity defeating various kinds of speed-agility competitions. The culmination of the competition was of course ... the tug of war!

Another point awaited by all the children were various tasks at different positions because after completing the task the children could get different sorts of prizes. Great competition, the ability to test your physical skills, the integration of Slovak and Polish groups are just some of the goals that were made that day.
